WEToursATL conducts 3 TYPES of FREE walking tours in historic Westside Atlanta: ART, HISTORY, and URBAN FARMING.
Although this registration is for the West End Lives/Lived Tour we encourage you to explore the other two specialized tour experiences and consider joining our healthy living medical assessment initiative.
THE WEST END LIVES/LIVED Tour – curated by Insight Cultural Tourism provides an in depth look at the rich history of people, places, and events that molded West End into its present day existence. The tour explores a variety of sites in the West End including Hammonds House Museum, the Whitehall historic marker, the Wren's Nest, the Shrine of the Black Madonna, Saint Anthony's Church, Hunter Street Baptist Church, and the Westside Atlanta BeltLine, to name a few. Tours are scheduled each Saturday starting at 10:00am from the West End MARTA station. Each tour covers about 1.5 - 2 miles and lasts approximately 2 hours. One lucky individual on each tour will receive a custom WETours ATL swag bag!
CUT OFF FOR RESERVATIONS IS 24 HOURS PRIOR TO START OF THE TOUR.
