6 hour workshop, spread over two Sundays
January 15th and 22nd, from 12 to 3 each week
Please wear clothes you can move in, and bring a journal.
Also please complete the health history and goal setting paperwork and email to Hildebrand by January 5th. (She will send to you once you purchase your ticket). All information will be kept confidential.
