Susan and Jill will lovingly and playfully guide you to discover how your wellness thoughts, feelings, and actions create a happier body and life.
For dessert, you will have the opportunity to dance those concepts into the body with a specially choreographed hour of joy-full dancing.

Susan Tate is a black belt Nia teacher, wellness visionary, and author of several books, including Wellness Wisdom: 31 Ways to Nourish Your Mind, Body, & Spirit. A respected health educator for over 48 years, she has a passion for inspiring wellness from an empowering, loving, and compassionate perspective.
Jill Pagano is a speaker, author and well-being visionary who shares how living with our body can be delightfully sweet. For over 25 years she has been an ambassador for the human body influencing countless individuals to improve their well-being through movement and mindfulness.
