About this Event
Are you an out of shape grownup trying to eat healthier? Do you want to cut down on sugar without sacrificing taste? Learn from 7D VARIETY about healthy food choices and new ideas to improve your well-being. Featuring inspiring talks from nutrition experts, networking with health-conscious attendees and free snacks and chair massages, it’s an evening dedicated to holistic healthy living.
The event is free but spaces are limited, so register now.
What to Expect:
- 5:30 - 6:30: Mix & Mingle and Chair massage.
- 6:30 - 7:00: Light Workshops with Michael.
- 7:00 - 8:00: Nutrition Discussion and Q&A with Zach.
- 8:00 – 9:00: Healthy Living Presentation of 7D VARIETY.
About Michael:
Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years experience playing professional football and and a B.S. in Exercise Science from West Chester University’s Kinesiology program.
With a strong awareness for clients coping with bodily dysfunctions, Michael’s creative nature allows him to rebuild rehabilitation programs and personalized workouts that focus on helping each client rebuild their mental and physical strength.
About Zach:
Zach is the Advanced Clinical Dietitian at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and the Owner of Sage Nutritious Solutions. He has won several awards for his contributions to the cystic fibrosis community, for his writing and recipe development, and for his work within the Hispanic and Latino community.
Zach believes in a whole foods first approach and works with clients on an individual basis to help them meet their nutrition goals.
