A half-day wellness retreat to relieve stress, let go and relax

About this Event

The half-day consists of a Yin Yoga class, Mindfulness workshop and Meditation practices.

The morning Yin Yoga class will release physical and mental tension. Bringing harmony to the entire energy system and cooling down the nervous system.

Mindfulness workshop to understand our thoughts and ways to manage stress. Journaling sessions so that you can detach from external distractions, find your inner stillness and learn to respond instead of reacting to unpleasant situations or being swept away by habitual thinking.

Practice seated meditation to experience clarity and sharpen mental focus. Experience deeply relaxing lying down meditations and sound baths to feel grounded and restore balance in body and mind.

Take away a feeling of calm and inner peace that spills into the weeks and months following the Wellness Retreat.
