Do I need my own paddle board?

No, you can hire one for £12.50 through The Lion’s Den. We’ll share the link after ticket purchase.

Is the sauna included in the ticket?

Yes, your £20 ticket covers the full sauna & ice therapy session.

Can beginners join the paddle session?

Absolutely! It’s a relaxed, guided session suitable for all levels. You will be given a brief before entering the water and I will be on hand to help as we paddle if you need that too.

What if I don’t want to paddle?

That’s fine — you can join just for sauna, ice therapy, and social time.

Do I have to be part of Wellness One to join?

No this event is for everyone and we would love to see you there.

What about food and drink?

The Lions’ Den café opens from 8am. The Red Lion pub next door is also great for a meal afterward.
