We are delighted to be hosting 4 Lunch and Learn sessions to take your well-being from a relaxed, sunny Summer to a busy, productive Autumn!

These sessions are designed as focus groups on specific areas of well-being - as part of a wider event series taking place in 2018 and into 2019. We will be running bespoke corporate events based on the feedback from these sessions.

Join us to discover how different wellness techniques can boost your mindset, productivity, sleep and fitness.

Thursday 23rd August - Mastering Your Mindset

The sessions kick off focusing on the power of a positive mind. Do you focus on the negative and worry about the past or future? Don't we all!

- I'll be sharing 3 magical mindfulness tools to instantly shake the negative thoughts and focus on the positive, as well as creating a resilient mind for the future

- I'll also be answering any questions you have on mindset, positivity and motivation!

This session will set you up perfectly for the following weeks as you will be mentally raring to go and take on new habits!

Thursday 30th August - Mindfulness and Boosting Your Productivity & Focus

I'll be joined by Anna Ironmonger, Essential Oils Educator to help prepare you for a busy Autumn! I'll be answering all your productivity questions and Anna will show you the best natural oils to sharpen the mind and get crystal clear focus. We will also share with you:

- 3 booster techniques to eliminate procrastination & supercharge your productivity

- 3 powerful ways to mindfully create pauses in your busy work schedule

Thursday 6th September - Mindfulness and Essential Oils to Manage Stress

I'll be joined by Chris Pinner, Personal Trainer & Founder of Innerfit, to look at how physical performance and mental wellness go hand in hand.

With over 18 years experience in corporate events & board-level operations, Laila has learnt how fundamental well-being is in creating a successful business. Over the past few years Laila has moved from the corporate world to sharing her skills and passion for well-being with businesses to enhance their operations and making companies more productive, profitable and happier. Anna Ironmonger, Essential Oils Educator, Natural OptiMum

Anna has been teaching wellness workshops for the last 2 years with a focus on easy, practical tips for effectively supporting your health with therapeutic grade essential oils.

Chris Pinner, Founder, Innerfit

Before founding Innerfit, Chris worked for a US investment bank, Strategy Consultancy and a Sports Marketing agency. His work had taken him from Mumbai to Moscow, but regularly demanded working weekends, 12+ hour days and the odd 36-hour shift. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No.

What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer your ticket to a colleague though - please email us with the name change.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing except an active, open mind! You may wish to bring a notepad and pen to make any notes. We will follow up with links to any resources mentioned after the session.
