Balancing health and well-being is a series of yes & nos. Every decision that we make is either life-affirming or not. These choices require that you VALUE you and your health. Most often that necessitates letting go of habits that sabotage health and learning new ones that repair and nurture health. http://bit.ly/JudyWalz
