Event description
Join us this Spring as we launch our brand new wellness series of calming weekly sessions lead by local practitioners.

About this Event

Classical Chinese Garden design is heavily influenced by the Daoist belief that a civilized life means striving for balance and harmony with nature, similar to the modern concept of wellness, which emphasizes the importance of having a positive outlook on your mind, body, and soul, and finding balance in your everyday life.

We believe the Garden is a perfect place to create that sense of balance in the hustle and bustle of daily life in modern Vancouver, and are therefore offering a comprehensive Wellness in the Garden series of workshops throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2020.

This new series of workshops aims to bring wellness to your everyday life, through early morning yoga, meditation, and tai chi sessions, that help to get your day started off right.

Join us this Spring as we launch our brand new wellness series of calming sessions lead by local practitioners every Monday, Friday and Saturday. Following the sessions, enjoy a peaceful stroll through the Garden while sipping on a fresh cup of jasmine tea.

Mondays 8:30 – 9:30 am | Yoga

Fridays 8:30 – 9:30 am | Tai Chi

Saturdays 8:30 – 9:30 am | Meditation

Tickets by donation recommended $15 per person.

Please note spots are limited, so be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
