Welcome to WELL + FEST 2023… we are here to create community, connection, and consciousness through movement, music, and mindfulness.

Join us for the 1st annual wellness festival hosted by Wellness Lounge Mission Bay. Taking place on Mission Bay at Hospitality Point, the perfect secluded nook to jam out and zen on! With a full water view, festival-goers will experience live music and tunes from local DJ’s, bands, and artists while flowing to an array of yoga and fitness classes led by exclusive top-notch instructors to the SoCal area.

With 3 stages for main attractions, festival-goers are bound to be moved and entertained from every direction, including our water stage!! Yep, that’s right. Calling all mermaids and mermans to explore our water classes with live sound vibrational waves zenning through your board and bones as you bathe in the waves of sunshine + savasana.

When taking a break from classes, feel free to explore our ‘Artist’s Row’ of local vendors, healers, artists, and services or join in on any of our fun and interactive ‘Wellness Workshops’ led by professional physicians in the integrative medicine field.

Worked up an appetite? We’ve got you covered with local snack vendors and some of the tastiest vegan bites in the city to feed + fuel your belly and body with the right nutrients to keep you powered through to the very end of the exit dance party!
