This WELL Wednesday will be like none other. We will begin our evening as always, by migling and getting to know one another from 5:00pm-5:45pm. At 5:45pm, we will head over to the Elements room to learn about the exciting upcoming projects and events WELL has in store for 2018.

At 6pm the President of Haven Women's Center, Jenilyn Dittman will start our program off by sharing her powerful and compelling story of overcoming extreme obstacles in her early 20's which lead her to Haven where she discovered it was her mission to give back and help other women.

We will conclude the night with a very special interactive healing and transformative exercise lead by Haven's very own Prevention Program Manager, Janette Garcia.
