Mandala Creation With Sacred Cacoa and Breathwork.

Connecting with and using different objects from nature, candles and flowers we create an intentional Earth Mandala for our life. Followed by easy breathwork, meditation and nourishing raw cacao, PURE plant medicine from Bali. cacao opens the heart and releases lots of endorphins in the body for Pre Christmas "Feel Goods" and stress release.

3.15 to 4.30pm

Tibetan Bowl Bliss, A deeply restorative and healing sound bath for body, being and mind with Lisa Costen.

4.30 to .5.00pm

Health talk with Tummy Tamer Sinead Dundon, How to beat the bloat this Christmas 🎄 and eat well. Balance is Key.
