Are you already feeling Election Season's wear and tear on your mental and physical health?

Election 2020 is here. Primaries are (literally) around the corner. As they inch closer, we all know what that means: More fire drills and less sleep. More time on the trail and less time at home. More stress and less serenity. This environment can challenge your performance, not to mention your sanity. Worse case scenario: You compromise the road to victory.

The good news is there is another way that actually builds resilience, enhances skill and improves well-being, too. The best part is, it's simple.

Learn five quick, high-impact exercises (what we call "tabatas") that enhance health and performance. They all fit seamlessly (and realistically) into those micro-moments on the trail.
