Event description
WeldWerks Invitational Festival is back!

About this event

Join us on Saturday, October 30 for the 3rd Annual WeldWerks Invitational Festival at the DoubleTree in Downtown Greeley, CO. Tickets are $125 each, which include a commemorative tasting glass and samples of over 120 beers from 47 of the best breweries in the country. Several local food trucks will be on site with food available for purchase separately (food is not included with tickets). The best part is that 100% of the proceeds from the festival will benefit the WeldWerks Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit which provides grants and resources to local charities and nonprofit organizations (we raised over $50,000 in 2019!). Each session will last exactly three hours, so be sure to purchase tickets for the correct session:

Afternoon Session 11:00 - 2:00 PM

Evening Session 4:00 - 7:00 PM

Other than timing, there are no differences between the two sessions and equal amounts of all beers will be available at both sessions. In order to give as many people the opportunity to attend as possible, there is a strict limit of one session per person.

Ticket Info

**PLEASE NOTE: Those who purchased tickets for 2020's canceled fest are being given early access to purchase tickets for 2021.

Everyone who purchased tickets last year will receive an email on Tuesday, 6.29 with a special link and unique Eventbrite ticket code to access 2021 tickets. These tickets will be offered in the same quantity as the original purchase last year, meaning if you ordered 2 tickets last year you can order up to 2 this year. The pre-sale will start Thursday, 7.1 at 6pm MST and run through Wednesday, 7.7 at 6pm MST. We will also give 2020 ticket holders first priority to the Double Tree hotel block.

‍**IMPORTANT: Due to a number of limiting factors, we've reduced capacity at this year's fest by more than 25%, or approximately 500 tickets for each session. Given the reduction in capacity, that means there is no guarantee for 2021 tickets even if you purchased tickets in 2020. If you are interested in attending this year's fest, we recommend being online and ready to purchase right at 6pm MST on Thursday, 7.1.

If there are any tickets remaining after the pre-sale is over, those will go on sale on Saturday, 7.10 at 10am MST. We will update everyone via social media as to whether any tickets are actually left, and if so, approximately how many.

Code of Conduct

The WeldWerks Invitational Festival (WIF), first and foremost, is about showcasing both the best of craft beer as well as the amazing community that has sprung up and flourished around this ancient beverage. To that end, we at WeldWerks feel a responsibility to ensure the comfort and safety of every single individual involved in the fest, and so we have created the following Code of Conduct that every single participant - be it brewer, staff member, volunteer, attendee, or sponsor - is required to abide by. We want nothing but fun, relaxation and fellowship throughout the entire weekend, and this is one small way of helping to guarantee that for everyone.

Everyone deserves to operate and co-exist in an environment where each individual is treated with dignity and respect. WIF is committed to providing an environment free of discrimination and from abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior. Therefore, all WIF participants, defined as staff, brewers, volunteers, attendees, sponsors and other representatives, must:

  • Treat all individuals and groups respectfully, recognizing their human dignity, regardless of their diverse human characteristics.
  • Contribute to a positive environment that is free of hostile and offensive behaviors in any form, i.e. free of harassment. Harassment is not necessarily sexual in nature although it may be.
  • Take proactive steps to prevent and stop such behavior. It is not sufficient for participants to merely refrain from engaging in this type of behavior. Refraining from this behavior while knowingly allowing others to engage in it constitutes implied encouragement or tolerance. Participants therefore have an affirmative obligation to speak out against such behavior wherever and whenever they see it.
  • Speak out without fear of retaliation when the actions of others violate the rights of any individuals or groups. Participants that engage in retaliation against those that speak out against harassment are equally as culpable as those that engage in harassment.
  • Respect the opinions of others and address conflicts in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Treat all individuals and groups professionally and respect their personal property.

All event attendees agree to abide by this Code of Conduct as a condition to participating in the WIF. WIF may take action in its discretion to address any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including, without limitation, revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund.

Responsible Alcohol Consumption

  • In consuming alcohol beverages, participants must adhere to principles of responsible consumption.
  • Participants must protect the reputation of both the WIF and the brewing industry generally by taking steps to ensure no member, including themselves, will break any laws in the process of sharing or consuming of alcohol beverages in association with WIF.
  • Should any participants consume more than a reasonable amount of alcohol and either are or appear to be incapable of functioning, either legally or appropriately, WIF participants accept their duty-to-act to keep those impaired members from breaking any laws and from harming themselves or others.

Reporting

Please contact conduct@weldwerks.com if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and WeldWerks Invitational Festival staff will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. A phone number to reach WIF staff directly will be provided ahead of the event.

Notifying WIF staff does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement. All suspected violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, the Greeley Police Department is available at (970) 350-9600.

Stay tuned for more details on discounted hotel blocks soon.

Silent Auction

We will once again be procuring rare and hard-to-find bottles from friends near-and-far for you to bid on in a separate room adjacent to the main ballroom. We raised $9,000 for charity at this auction in 2019 and are looking to up the ante even more in 2021!

Plenty of additional info to come, can't wait to see everyone!
