Welcoming Students Back to the Classroom

This session is offered as a webinar via Zoom. This event is for Cal State LA faculty and staff only.

As you begin your teaching career at Cal State LA, do you have questions about welcoming students back to in-person classes? Join us as we discuss steps you can take to increase student engagement, provide course flexibility, and support student well-being. We’ll explore principles of Trauma-Informed Teaching and share CETL’s resources to support your teaching and professional development.

To support the security of CETL webinars, please note the following new registration policies:

• Please register for CETL webinars using your Cal State LA email address only

• Verify you have entered your email address correctly

• We will NOT send the Zoom link to any gmail, yahoo, etc. email addresses

• Registration for CETL webinars will close the day prior to the event

• The Zoom webinar link will be sent the morning of the event from CETL@calstatela.edu

• Please check your Clutter AND Junk folders

CETL may cancel any webinar up to 24 hours in advance due to low enrollment.
