Kick of 2019 with our WELCOME TO WALL STREET: WOMEN'S INVESTING EVENT

41% of women said their greatest financial regret was not investing more of their money and 61% of women say they would rather discuss their own death than money according to The Merrill Lynch/Age Wave data.

Does investing intimidate you? Do you want to learn more about how to invest or diversity your portfolio?

Join us for this exciting investment seminar which will cover a variety of topics and concepts to help you gain
confidence and a basic understanding of the world of investing and Wall Street in an easy going and open environment. We encourage women to take an active role in your investment planning!

SPEAKERS

Molly Newborn started her career as a research scientist. She spent several years studying cell and
molecular neurobiology at UCLA. The global financial crisis of 2008 steered her focus to the
financial markets, wanting to understand the complexities of the industry, Molly completed an
MBA specializing in Investment Management at McGill University in Montreal. She worked in
institutional investments at Deutsche Asset Management and as a biotech investment
consultant for a hedge fund prior to embarking on a career as a Financial Advisor. Her interests include impact investing and the latest developments in fintech, the blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

She holds both the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses in addition to California Life, Health
and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses (CA Insurance #OL50365). She is a dual citizen of the
US and Canada.

Molly is committed to helping individuals and families create and preserve their wealth while
reaching personal financial goals.

Lindsey Thompson is part of the investment sales team at American Century Investments® dedicated to advisor relationships. Her territory covers the wealth management channel across Northern California.

Lindsey has over 10 years of experience in the investment industy. Prior to joining American Century Investments in 2012, she started her career at Roth Capital Partners in Newport Beach, CA where she worked on the capital markets desk. She covered small and micro-cap stocks for Collins Stewart in San Francisco. Lindsey spent three years at Advisors Asset Management on the xed income sales and trading desk focused on municipal, corporate bonds, and mortgage-backed securities market.

Lindsey holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Kansas.
