The Hospice of the Chesapeake is requesting support from Fort Meade in support of their 5th Annual Welcome Home Ceremony for our Vietnam Veterans on 29 March 2019, being held at the Hilton Baltimore BWI (1739 West Nursery Road, Linthicum Heights). They have requested our support in helping to form an honor guard that will provide an Honor Salute to the veterans. I am looking for volunteers from all organizations and services across the installation as this ceremony is to recognize all those that served.

The doors will open for the Vietnam Veterans at 1600 for meet and greet, hor d'oeuvres, beverages and available cash bar, with the actual ceremony starting at 1730 and they are requesting our presence at 1500 in order to for us to conduct a walk thru of events and rehearsal.

The uniform for this event will be ASU (class A) or service equivalent.

The Hospice will be providing food for our service members prior to the start of the event.
