What are the times of the two programs?

The John L. Weinberg Distinguished Speaker Series will begin at 9:00 am.

The Panel will begin at 10:00 am and go until 12:00 pm.


Will Delawaere CLE be offered?

Delaware CLE will be offered for the Panel program only. 


 What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

 Parking:  General Public parking is recommended in the CFA Parking Garage between Elkton Road and Amstel Ave. (GPS address - 79 Amstel Avenue, Newark, DE 19716)

Price: The parking charge for the CFA Parking Garage is $2.00 per hour.

 

What is the dress for the event?

The dress is business casual.

Weinberg Center:  The John L.Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance was established in 2000 and is part of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. It is one of the longest-standing corporate governance centers in academia, and the first and only corporate governance center in the State of Delaware, the legal home for a majority of the nation’s public corporations.

 

The Center’s mission is to provide a forum for business leaders, members of corporate boards,shareholders,thejudiciary,the legal community,academics, graduate and undergraduate students and others interested in corporate governance issues to interact,learn and teach,with the goal of positively impacting and improving the field of corporate governance. Center programs, publications and academic research have helped to shape and influence numerous corporate governance debates and developments on a national and international level.
