Weight loss surgery informational seminar - now virtual!
Event Information
About this Event
If you've struggled with your weight and traditional weight loss solutions, you're far from alone. Typical diet and exercise may not be an effective long-term weight loss solution for some people.
Learn more about options in weight loss surgery by joining our bariatric surgeons, Matthew LeMaitre, MD, metabolic and bariatric surgery director at Saint Anne's Hospital, and bariatric surgeon Anthony McCluney, MD, FACS, FASMBS. (See schedule of presenters below.) Each month, they explain options in weight loss surgery and how Saint Anne’s program provides you with the tools and ongoing lifestyle support you need to be successful.
Our seminars are online and held in real time, so you can learn and ask questions from the comfort of your home. There is no charge, but programs require advance registration. To register or learn more, call 508-235-5305, or email SAHRSVP@Steward.org. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the seminar. To ensure registration, please register at least one day in advance.
Saint Anne’s Hospital’s bariatric surgery program is accredited as a comprehensive program by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program, a joint program of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. It offers advanced surgical techniques, including gastric sleeve and gastric bypass procedures, and, for qualified patients, da Vinci Xi robotic-assisted surgery. Learn more about our bariatric surgery program here.
