This seminar series provides tools, methodologies, and protocols for successful weight loss that cover topics beyond exercise and nutrition, such as thyroid, adrenals, sex hormones, detoxification, nutrient deficiencies, and lab testing.
You'll walk away with a better understanding of physiology and mechanics behind weight loss: it's not just calories in, calories out.
Bring your questions! Dr. Elena will host a Q&A at the end of each section. You're also welcome to email your questions/concerns ahead of the seminar to make the best use of your time.

We're located at 1407 116th Ave NE, Suite 104, in Bellevue, WA and there's plenty of FREE parking.

What's the refund policy?
We know life happens. If you need to cancel your registration, notify us by emailing email@example.com at least 14 days prior to the event and we will refund your full payment. Fewer than 14 days, no refunds available. Alternatively, you can transfer your registration to another course within one year of the date of cancellation or assign another individual to take your place. Transfers are limited to one time per year. Once your registration is transferred, you may no longer receive a refund.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to print your ticket.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
If you buy a ticket and are unable to attend, please feel free to share your ticket with a friend who's interested in attending.
