How obese or how thin you are is a reflection of your current lifestyle and the negative thoughts and beliefs that you hold about yourself. While the levels of processed foods and weight gaining chemicals (MSG, aspartame) play a major role in people being overweight, our feelings of depression, shame, and resentment keep up locked in neverending cycle of being overweight. Our emotional cravings for food are a result of negative feelings of unfulfillment, need, and sadness which we try to fill with food but never seem to accomplish. Essentially losing weight is not necessarily changing's diet or lifestyle but also becoming aware and changing the limiting and negative thoughts we have about ourselves. Often our limiting beliefs like "It will be hard to lose weight", "People will not like me by being thin" cause us to keep the pounds and never inspire us to achieve our goals. My weight loss program is a transformational program designed to address the physical and metaphysical causes of undesired weight and physical appearance and eliminate any blocks to you achieiving your weight loss goals. Losing weight is a holistic process is it is ultimately about becoming a new YOU. My program combines the principles of the Law of Attraction, healthy diet and nutrition to effortlessly and enjoyably achieve shed those pounds and create your ideal weight! In this program, I will give you a diet plan (raw plant-based) and recommendations on what effective exercises to do, what important lifestyle changes to make, what foods to eat that will help you naturally lose weight, and other tips to easily shed those pounds. I will give you information on the importance of cleansing and detoxification when it comes to weight loss.
The ONLY thing that is keeping you from your ideal weight is you and your unhealthy habits, emotions, and thought patterns.
My coaching program is based on Law of Attraction, holistic health, and sound nutrition principles.
Our first coaching session will be about an hour and half. I will give all the information you need in that one session to be successful in losing weight. After that, you can purchase as many half hour coaching sessions as you desire to receive support, guidance, and inspiration.
