We set our goals……..

We are lowering our carb intake

We are getting back together in October to continue the motivation.

With warmer days descending upon us and the desire to transition from our winter to summer wardrobe strong, now is the perfect time to take stock of where we are on the bathroom scales and decide if we need little help in moving those few or more kilos for summer.
