Are you looking to have more energy throughout the day? Our nutrition habits and physical activity have an impact on not only our waist line but how we feel. A few small changes can have a BIG impact! Join us to learn more about how you can have more energy and feel great!

Topics for this six-week program include metabolism, functional foods, healthy cooking, stress management, sleep, and overcoming weight loss plateaus.

Program Details:
The weekly seminars will be held on Thursday, March 15 thru April 19 from 12:00 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. at 75 Kneeland Street, HR Training room 601.
