MEET THE SPEAKER

Michele’s health transformation led her to her life’s purpose. In 2013, she founded MakeHealthy Fit, Inc. and became a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach. Michele is the the author of Journey Beyond the Plate, 7 Clear Lifestyle Practices™ to Sustained Weight Loss. She received her health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a professional membership with the International Association for Health Coaches and International Association of Women.

Michele understands the reality of health struggles. As a middle-aged woman, she developed complications of morbid obesity and type 2 diabetes. Determined to avoid insulin, a heart attack, and stroke, she sought the help of a health coach and became enlightened by what she discovered. After shedding 115 pounds, reversing her insulin resistance, and ditching medications, Michele transformed her career to serve as a holistic nutrition health coach, author, and speaker.

Michele is passionate about enlightening woman to the truths about gaps in the health system. She educates and guides women with a unique understanding and compassion.

You will walk away from this event feeling empowered, enlightened, confident, and motivated to make changes for a lighter and brigher you!
