Whether you are an experienced meditator or looking to try meditation for the first time, join us for our weekly Wednesday meditation classes!
Our meditation classes are practiced in a quiet and peaceful group setting where our experienced instructors are here to help guide you in various methods that will strengthen your ability to still your mind and attain peace.
There is no need of any prior knowledge or experience in meditation, and you do not need to bring anything other than an open mind and a willingness to learn. We have water and mats available, but you are welcome to bring your own. We do recommend that you dress comfortably and modestly. Classes are free but we appreciate donations!
Classes are held at 6224 W. Gunnison Street, Chicago IL 60630 and go from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
