Description

Venue: when you arrive at the main entrance, please turn left and you will see a wooden door marked with "Pilatus and Rehab Center". Please enter and go down the steps to enter the studio.




Class will run from 10.00-11.00 am. Door closes at 10.00 am and after this no entry is allowed so please ensure you arrive on time. During the classes we will focus on a variety of Meditation exercises:

  • Mindfulness: to help us bring back in the moment, to the now. By practicing Mindfulness Meditation and thus paying more careful moment-to-moment attention, we can live more fully and less on ‘automatic pilot,’ and therefore being more present for our own life.
  • Clear the Mind: Our Minds are rarely quiet. Knowing how to clear your Mind, can help with anxiety and sleeping difficulties.Meditation allows you focus on one thing and, with practice, helps you to pull your thoughts back when they start to wander.
  • Relaxation: These guided Meditation exercises will help you to relax and are ideal to do before going to bed at night, or anytime when you are feeling out of balance in your life.
  • Focus: Focus Meditation exercises aim to help you focus on one thing to the exclusion of all else. These exercises will also assist you to notice patterns in your thinking giving you more insight into yourself.




These classes include exercises that you can take with you to continue your meditation practise at home. Beginners are more than welcome.
