Learn how to transform your life and relationships through mindfulness meditation. Through clear and simple instructions and exercises, you’ll gain a solid foundation of this time-tested ancient practice, and get the results you want.

Mindfulness for Busy People Online Course

I you’re not able to attend our Tuesday meeting, you can learn how to overcome stress and anxiety through the practice of mindfulness from wherever you are; the leisure of your own home, or even on the go.
