The Community Diabetes Prevention Program is:
A year- long program with weekly meetings for the first 6 months, then once or once or twice a month for the second 6 months.
Proven program to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
Offers support from others like you as you learn new skills.
Curriculum approved by the Cetner for Disease Control and Prevention.
Meets weekly on Wednesdays from September 7, 2016 - December 21, 2016 from 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM.
