Description

Come join our weekly meditation class whether this is your first sitting or you sit ever day. Meditation is a non demominational practice. We will engage in the practice of meditation for the balancing, healing, and liberation of the mind.

Format:

7:15 - 7:30pm a brief explanation of theory & technique
7:30 - 8:00pm sitting practice
8 - 9pm Tea Time, Q&A

For your best sitting:
- Wear loose fitting clothing, that allows for free movement of the abdominal for ease of breathing.
- Meditation is best practiced in a nourished body, yet with an empty stomach.
- Wearing of strong scents can be distracting to others.
