Weekend Winddown: A Calming Sound Bath & Meditation
Join us for a soothing Friday evening designed to help you release the week, relax deeply, and ease into the weekend. This restorative session begins with grounding breathwork and gentle body awareness to calm your mind and prepare your body for stillness. You’ll then be immersed in a 60-minute sound bath with crystal singing bowls and chimes, carefully tuned to soothe the nervous system and restore balance.
Held in a serene, candlelit space, the evening offers time for peaceful reflection or gentle conversation. To carry the calm home with you, each guest will receive a small gift including a herbal tea, a journal prompt, and an angel card for ongoing guidance and inspiration.
This is your moment to release tension, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself before the weekend begins.
No prior experience is needed – simply bring an open heart, comfy layers, and a mat/blanket & pillow for ultimate comfort.
