Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfy to lie on, a blanket, and anything else to help you feel cosy (e.g. pillow, eye mask, warm socks). A journal and pen are also recommended for the reflection prompt.

Comfy, cosy layers are perfect - think loungewear, yoga clothes, or whatever helps you feel most relaxed. We’ve even had people come in their PJs before - absolutely no judgement here! This is your time to get comfy and settle in.

I’ve never done meditation or a sound bath before - is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. This session is beginner-friendly and guided throughout. All you need to do is show up and allow yourself to unwind.

Is this a silent event?

Not strictly. The beginning and end of the session offer space for soft conversation if you wish, but the main experience is a quiet, inward-focused time.

Am I ok to come alone?

Yes, many people attend solo - and this is a lovely opportunity to spend quality time with yourself in a supportive space.

What kind of instruments will be used?

The sound bath features crystal singing bowls and chimes, carefully played to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance.
