Jumpstart your weekend with a yoga class that emphasizes inhalation, backbends, twists, and heating postures, resulting in increased energy. This class will leave you not only energized but will help you to focus better. The class concludes with a deep relaxation followed by pranayama emphasizing kumbhaka (retention of the breath), and a brief guided meditation.
All levels and body types are welcome. The class is adapted to your own physique and abilities.
Your first class is free. Come back and bring a friend who has never been at our studio and your class is complimentary again. Bring a different friend everytime to get credit for a free class! If you choose to come back by yourself, just pay the drop-in fee at the door.
