Week of the Young Child- Buddha Baby

This unique parent/caregiver and baby yoga class is designed for new parents looking for a fun and relaxing way to bond with baby while learning restorative yoga and breathing techniques. We will introduce beginner level yoga that can be practiced with baby. Discover the many benefits of yoga for new parents including stress relief, soothing and stretching sore muscles, and healing and strengthening the body.
Ages 12 months and under with parent/caregiver.
