Workday Information

Who: Volunteers of all ages are welcome; minors under 18 require a signed waiver and children 12 require an accompanying adult unless prior approval is obtained from the workday supervisor. Groups can contact Paul Heiple at paulh@acterra.org for their own special program dates/hours.

What: Work alongside our experienced weed warriors to tackle problematic invasive plants. We will meet at the buildings next to the parking lot. Carpool, bike, or walk if possible.

When: Held every Wednesday at Arastradero Preserve.

Where: Arastradero Preserve located at 1530 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto. We will meet at the buildings next to the parking lot. Carpool, bike, or walk if possible.

Please bring: A reusable water bottle and dress for outdoor work (sturdy shoes and long pants recommended). We provide gloves and tools. Minors under 18 must bring a waiver form signed by a parent.


PLEASE NOTE: When you complete your registration for this event, you DO NOT need to print a receipt or ticket. Also, if you are going to arrive late to the event, please contact Paul Heiple by 1pm on the day of the event at 650-854-7125 so that he can meet up with you.
