About this Event
Sitting in stillness allows the mind to settle and makes for a more focused and centered way of being.
We will explore many different styles of meditation during this winter series with the intention of giving each participant tools to take into their home practice.
When meditating in the morning, we set our day up so that we are more mindful when we interact with others, do our work and play so that we can be fully present in each moment.
This series is open to those brand new to meditation and more experienced practitioners of contemplation.

Join us for the series for $48.
Drop ins for $10 are also available if space allows.
Space is limited. With a smaller group we will be able to cultivate a more intimate experience.
