Event description

Description

Presented by Renee Klug, University International Educator, Senior
Office of the University Provost/Global Launch

ASU values its diverse student population and as of 2016, 13,000 international students study at ASU. However faculty are often unsure how to best communicate and integrate cultural differences in a respectful way. In this webinar, faculty will learn how to help international students acculturate to their classroom norms by setting expectation, identify cultural and academic variations in students with a variety of examples and clear grading policies, and better internationalize their classroom to honor the cultures of all students.
