Event description
A webinar series led by Monica Sharma and Karen O'Brien that will give you a sneak peek into transformational leadership.

About this Event

Join Karen O’Brien and Monica Sharma for a “sneak peek” into what transformational leadership involves, and how you can bring this into your work in a manner that generates results. This series of three webinars highlights a well-tested approach to sustainability leadership that focuses on developing capacities to shift systems and cultures at scale.

These dialogues with Monica Sharma, author of Radical Transformational Leadership, will draw attention to how transformative change occurs and provide specific examples of how you can use this approach in your projects and initiatives.

They offer a taste of how the Transformational Leadership for Sustainability program differs from other leadership courses and will focus on how you can design for enduring changes that address climate change, biodiversity loss, and sustainability issues.

If you are curious about the connections between being change, designing change, and leading change, join us!
