Listen and Submit Questions to The Key Players Involved in GSK's Navy Yard Project

AIA/CES Approved

We are proud to present our third Work Design Magazine Webinar with Steven Bernstein, Program Director - Strategic Portfolio Planning & Workplace at Faithful+Gould, John Campbell, Principal at Francis Cauffman, and Ray Milora, Head of Design and Change Management and Worldwide Real Estate & Facilities at GSK. They will be discussing their work on GSK's Navy Yard office and sharing the lessons they've learned one year since moving in.

Learning Objectives:

  • How GSK successfully implemented prototypes and pilot studies to engage their employees in a change management program that helped to make the transition to a new work environment more comfortable for employees
  • What GSK has measured in post-occupancy surveys, the results of those surveys, and how/if they are acting on those results
  • The anecdotes and "soft metrics" that weren't anticipated but have emerged over the first year in the new space
  • What GSK would do the same and what they would do differently now that they've been in the space for one year

We hope you'll be able to join us! If you have any questions, please email

Please note: Once you have purchased a ticket on Eventbrite, we will send you the URL for the webinar, via email, on Monday, July 14 at noon, and then again Tuesday, July 15, at 9:00 am.
