Job searching is hard enough without doing it through round after round of layoffs. Between stress and burnout in your current role, feeling uncertain about how to move forward, and unsure if your current resume and cover letter are working for you, looking for a new job is work that can be fraught with challenges and obstacles that seem insurmountable. But we have a framework to help you build clarity, confidence, interviews, and offers - even in challenging times.

You'll have the opportunity to:

✅ Reflect on your work and experience + connect with your strengths, values, and priorities

✅ Create compelling resumes and LinkedIn profiles to stand out in a crowded market

✅ Strategize easy ways to engage a network of engaged connections

✅ Tips to stay organized and motivated in the job search process

✅ Prioritize taking care of yourself while you're searching in challenging times

About the Facilitator

Jenn Walker Wall is the founder of Work Wonders Careers where she helps mission-driven professionals make moves that matter. After spending the early part of her career in hiring, training, and leadership development, Jenn and her team help professionals launch strategic job searches, communicate their values, and align their work with their values.

Work Wonders Careers offers resume writing, job search strategy, and professional development support for both individuals and groups to help professionals get unstuck and generate clarity, confidence, and results. Jenn is also the host of two podcasts: ReImagining Ambition, where mission-driven professionals talk about working through the pandemic and how it changed their relationship with work and career, as well as Off the Clock, a private podcast with job search and career advice just for email subscribers, available at workwonderscareers.com/podcast.

Previously, she worked at MIT, Harvard University, and Massachusetts General Hospital, and taught sociology for nearly ten years at Lesley University. When she’s not working, you can find her cooking up a storm in her kitchen. You can learn more by visiting www.workwonderscareers.com.
