Bio

Jennifer Fink is the CEO of Fink Development, a career development company. Jenni is passionate about helping individuals understand their unique value and lead authentic lives. Her practice interweaves a balance of coaching and consulting techniques to ensure that you always walk away with valuable insights, strategies, or tools.She has held higher-education positions in Academics, Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, and Career Management at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Harvard Business School, and UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business.

Jennifer holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Authentic Leadership Coach, is trained in the MBTI Typology and StrengthsFinder Assessments and serves on the Board of Directors for the ICF SF Bay Area Chapter.
