Change doesn’t happen just because you want it. Research shows that 70 percent of all organizational change management projects fail – for the same reason that only 8 percent of people actually follow through on a New Year’s resolution. Without changing your underlying habits, it’s incredibly difficult to meet any kind of goal in changing your behavior.

This webinar will help attendees understand how cues, routines, and rewards help create new habits to support the changes we want and help them stick for the long term. Participants will:

  • Consider a change they'd like to make regarding their personal productivity
  • Identify the cues that lead to their current behaviors
  • Build new habit routines that will lead to goal success
  • Determine built-in rewards that will support the change process
  • Understand the importance of habit tracking to make it stick

The webinar will be presented by Joel Bennett, a leadership and training coach with more than 20 years of human resources experience who operates Veel Hoeden Consulting. Joel has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, service, education, and healthcare.
