About this Webinar:

Repetitive moments in the same plane of motion - e.g. triathlon and run training - can cause muscular imbalances that lead to overuse injuries.

This webinar is designed to help triathletes and other endurance athletes understand the causes of common endurance sports injuries and teach them practical exercises to help prevent these injuries.  This webinar is targeted to the endurance sports athlete who desires to improve performance while staying injury-free.

Topics covered include:

  • Overview of how muscles function and strengthen
  • Why injuries are common and what the typical causes are
  • Importance of proper exercise technique
  • Exercises that require minimal equipment to address common weak areas for triathletes prior to injury
