Webinar: Are You Holding Effective Meetings?

Productive Meeting training webinar

Recent research showed that 49% of managers felt that they were wasting at least 3 hours of their time each week.  And 21% percent felt that 4 out of 5 meetings were a total waste of their time.  The sad truth is that the more senior you get, the meetings you get to attend to the tune of around 17 hours a week for top executives.  Yet, we all know we can't manage without meetings.

Meetings are at the heart of every organization.  Good meetings send everyone off with good feelings and a sense of purpose.  Recent researched showed that 49% of managers felt that they were wasting at least 3 hours of their time each week.  And 21 % percent felt that 4 out of 5 were a total waste of their time.  The more senior you get, the meetings you get to go to; 17 hours a week for top executives and yet we all know you can't manage without meetings.

Meetings are at the heart of every organization.  Good meetings send everyone off with good feelings and a sense of purpose.  Bad meetings leave people demotivated and irritated.

Usually, people who run poorly managed meetings don't improve with time or experience.  Many of them don't even realize they are making a mess of it and even worse people who attend these bad meetings pickup those same bad habits.  The good news is that running productive meetings is a teachable skill.  It's not a gift, it's a technique with 10 key elements.

Audience: Everyone who is responsible for hosting meetings and those who will in the future have the responsibility as well as those who are only participants at this time.  If your team members feel that their time was wasted in your last meeting; then you'll want to learn these steps.
