Stephan served for more than 20 years in corporate for two Fortune 500 companies followed by 14 years in the nonprofit sector as the SVP Human Resources & Chief Administrative Officer and over 10 years as a senior consultant to churches and religious organizations. Stephan provides technical assistance and capacity building solutions to multiple clients on behalf of various Foundations in the Greater Pittsburgh region.
