Weavers Way Wellness Workshop: Diabetes & Dementia

Incidences of diabetes and dementia are rising steadily, with no end in sight. “Lifestyle medicine” is recommended by the CDC to stem the tide. Learn the best steps to prevent type 2 diabetes, and the dementias associated with it. Learn how to assess your personal risk factors and how to create a plan to reduce or eliminate them.

Margaret Kinnevy, RN, LAc, Dipl. Ac is a community nurse educator and acupuncturist experienced in caring for individuals with diabetes and dementia. She educates those who want to prevent these two related disorders.
Weavers Way Welllness Workshops take place in the beautiful Healing Arts Studio in Chestnut Hill every first Thursday evening of each month, through December 2017.
Weavers Way Working Member Workshops are a great way to build co-operative culture, providing on-going opportunities to share experience and information, freely.
