The cornerstone to achieving wear blue’s mission is the Saturday Run, a no-cost run or walk hosted by wear blue volunteers. Each gathering begins with a Circle of Remembrance, honoring the service and sacrifice of the American military, and is followed by a self-paced run or walk through the community. Our runs in our communities highlight our mission, our commitment to one another, and our dedication to honoring the fallen. We become the living memorial. It is a place of connection, support, and healthy living for athletes of all abilities.

In Colorado Springs the Circle of Remembrance will be held at Veterans Memorial and begin at 9:00 AM followed by a self-supported, self-paced run or walk along the trail that circles Prospect Lake. The trail is approximately 1.25 miles; participants may complete as many loops as they would like. The event is cost free and open to all ages and abilities. We welcome all people regardless of your connection to military service.
