We will look at the basics of introducing wholesome foods in a gentle, baby-led way and also explore the most nutritional foods on the planet to set your child on the right path for life. It’s not about being perfect all of the time, it’s about providing a good nutritional foundation, knowing what food is best and having the knowledge, tools and support to include these foods in your baby’s diet.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is available on the surrounding residential streets however it can be busy sometimes so it is advisable to arrive a little early to ensure you have time to park.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
To ensure you are not distracted and can get the most out of this session it is best on this occasion if you can leave babies and children at home if that is an option for you. If you wish to bring them however they are more than welcome...so too is breastfeeding!
