A guided journaling session to settle into the new year, reflect on what you want to grow, and move with intention.

Grounding Saturdays are our monthly pause. A moment to settle your thoughts, breathe, and check in with yourself before the year gains speed. January can pull us in many directions, so we create a space that moves slower and gives you room to think.

This gathering is a guided journaling session centered on clarity and intention. We move through simple prompts that help you reflect on the past year, name what you want to release, and imagine what you want to build next. The guidance is gentle and grounded. You choose what you want to explore and how deep you want to go.

Some people write quietly. Others take breaks between prompts. Some sit with the questions before putting anything on the page. There is no right way to show up here. The goal is to give yourself the time and space you rarely get in everyday life.

We will have warm drinks, soft background music, and a calm environment to write in.
Journals are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own if that feels better.

This session is for adults who want a grounded, reflective way to enter the new year.
The group stays small so the space can remain warm, quiet, and intentional.
