About this event

The WE Fight Community Conversation is being held to discuss reparations, the future of Reproductive Justice, and Black women’s voices within this work.

The week of December 6th, Women Engaged (WE) will celebrate its seven-year anniversary with a week-long virtual and in-person experience for donors, members, activists, partners, and community members. This seven-year celebration is being held to honor the transformative work WE have done within voter engagement, leadership development, and reproductive justice. WE will also present its new, exciting, and innovative plans for the future.

Throughout the week, Women Engaged will celebrate its years of work advancing women’s human rights, youth empowerment, and civic engagement efforts in Georgia. With five days, each with a unique theme that exemplifies WE’s work, participants will be able to see the full range of WE’s impact, connect with others that support this vital work, and have fun doing it! Highlights include a documentary short film screening, virtual panel discussions, a presentation of WE’s impact report, a virtual mayoral candidate forum, a family-friendly fitness class, and even more to be announced.
