Exponential Ensemble

The Exponential Ensemble is a chamber music ensemble made of top-notch performers and experienced teaching artists: Pascal Archer (clarinet), Kemp Jernigan (oboe) and Anna Urrey (flute). Throughout the season, a roster of guest musicians enables our core ensemble to grow exponentially within each performance, presenting audiences with classic masterworks alongside contemporary masterpieces. Since 2012, the Exponential Ensemble has commissioned more than 30 new works from composers enrolled in the "Fordham Composers" program at Fordham University; an educational program founded by the Exponential Ensemble and Dr. Daniel Ott.  Additionally, the Exponential Ensemble delivers unique and innovative educational concerts for middle school students using music as a way to connect with important math and science concepts.
